Privacy Policy
try.secureprompt.tech
Effective date:
This English text is the authoritative version. The Russian and Uzbek translations on the Site are provided for convenience.
Who we are
try.secureprompt.tech (“the Site”) is operated by SECURETECH LLC (“SecurePrompt,” “we,” “us”), registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This policy covers everything on the Site, including the SecureChat waitlist and the redaction demo.
What we collect
Waitlist signup
- Email address (and name, if you provide one)
- Used to notify you about SecureChat access and relevant product updates
Redaction demo (text and file input)
The demo detects and redacts personal data — names, PINFL, STIR, INN, card numbers and similar identifiers across Uzbek, Russian and English.
- By default your submission is processed in memory only. It is not written to disk or to a database, and its contents are not logged.
- If you tick the consent box, we keep a copy of what you submitted, together with the redacted result and the list of detected categories, and use it to train and improve our detection models. This is the only circumstance in which your submission is stored.
- The consent box is presented before you submit, applies to that submission, and you can untick it at any time. Unticking it does not limit your use of the demo — the demo works identically either way.
- We do not attach your identity to a stored sample. What is stored alongside it is the file name, file type, size, a content checksum, the detected categories, and irreversible keyed hashes of your IP address and device identifier — never the address or identifier itself.
Infrastructure logs
- Our hosting stack generates standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) for security, abuse prevention and uptime monitoring. These are separate from the content you submit to the demo, and are kept for 90 days.
The demo sets one functional cookie that holds a random device identifier, used solely to apply the demo’s free-usage limits. We also use a third-party analytics service to understand how the Site is used; it sets its own cookies and receives standard visit data. It never receives the text or files you submit to the demo.
Who processes this data
Detection, redaction and model training all run on infrastructure we operate ourselves. No third-party AI or model provider ever receives your submitted text or files, whether or not you consent to storage.
We use a commercial cloud provider for hosting and storage. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Why we process this data
- Waitlist email — consent, to communicate about SecureChat.
- Demo submissions (processing) — legitimate interest, to provide the redaction you requested, on a transient, in-memory basis.
- Demo submissions (storage for training) — your consent, given by ticking the box before submitting. You may withdraw it as described in section 7.
- Infrastructure logs — legitimate interest, for security and service reliability.
Where data is processed
The Site, the demo, and any stored training samples are processed and held in data centres located in the European Union.
Retention
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Waitlist email | Until you unsubscribe or request deletion |
| Demo submissions — no consent given | None; discarded as soon as the result is returned |
| Demo submissions — consent given | Up to 24 months, or until you request deletion |
| Infrastructure logs | 90 days |
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion
- Object to or restrict processing
- Request a copy of your data (portability)
- Withdraw consent — for waitlist emails, and for the storage of a demo submission — at any time
Withdrawing consent for a submission you already made does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before you withdrew it. Because stored samples are not linked to your identity, we locate them by content: send us the file, or its checksum, at the address below and we will delete the sample and its record.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@secureprompt.tech.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Uzbekistan, these rights are also provided under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data,” and you may contact the relevant state authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Stored training samples are held in access-controlled storage, keyed by content checksum rather than by any identifier belonging to you, and the only identifiers recorded alongside them are irreversible keyed hashes. Access is limited to the personnel who need it to train and evaluate detection models.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
